OMAHA, NEB. (July 12, 2023) – Today, The J. Skinner Co. (J. Skinner), one of the premiere bakery manufacturers in the U.S., is proud to announce several recent additions to its executive team. Over the past few months, the company has added strategic leadership to several functional areas, including finance, human resources, and marketing. Positioning itself for future growth, J. Skinner has hired Kevin Wedeking as Chief Financial Officer, Jami Bahle as Vice President of Finance and Accounting, James Saroka as Vice President of Human Resources, and Patrick Burke as Director of Marketing and Communications.

The company will leverage each of these individuals to help strengthen the company and position it for future growth. Kevin brings 30 years of experience in finance across the food supply chain, most recently as CFO of Triumph Foods. Jami adds 20 years of building and developing accounting and finance teams, including 17 years in the food, ag, and energy industries. Over his 25-year career, James has a built and developed HR teams across multiple industries, most recently at Gavilon. Pat has 15 years of marketing and communications experience across the food and ag supply chain.
